Pittsburgh HVAC Help, operated by Phillip Foeks, connects homeowners who request HVAC service with participating local contractors. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this site.
Information we collect
When you request help, we collect your first name, optional last name, phone number, ZIP code, service type, urgency, and consent selection. We may also receive messages you send and basic site usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use and share it
We use your information to review and respond to your request and share relevant details with a participating HVAC contractor who may contact you about the requested work. We may receive payment from a contractor for an accepted lead. Our website and communications providers process information for us. We may also use information to keep records, prevent misuse, operate the site, or comply with law.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box and submit a request, Pittsburgh HVAC Help may call or text you about that request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A contractor receiving your request may contact you about the requested service under its own practices.
Retention and choices
We retain requests as reasonably needed to handle them, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by calling (412) 561-9470. Some records may need to be retained. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
